Tejas Mangal Jagdish Gujarathi
Founder & Director
Continuing a legacy of education, service and institution building, Tejas Gujarathi founded JagMangal Social Foundation to transform enduring values into opportunities for individuals and communities. His vision extends beyond delivering programmes it is to build an institution that prepares people and organisations to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Under his leadership, JagMangal has evolved into an integrated social innovation ecosystem that connects education, skill development, digital learning, institutional partnerships, research, technology and community engagement. His work focuses on creating sustainable models that empower youth and women, strengthen educational institutions and build future ready communities through collaboration, innovation, and responsible leadership.
He believes that lasting social impact is achieved not through isolated initiatives but through institutions that inspire learning, create opportunities, build partnerships, and enable communities to become active participants in their own development.
Priya Gujarathi
Founder & Director – Administration
Priya Gujarathi leads the institutional systems that enable JagMangal Social Foundation to transform vision into measurable action. She oversees governance, administration and institutional processes that ensure every programme and partnership is delivered with efficiency, transparency and accountability.
Her leadership has been instrumental in building the operational foundations that support JagMangal’s long term growth. Through disciplined administration, collaborative management and continuous institutional improvement, she has helped establish a culture where governance, accountability and teamwork are recognised as essential pillars of sustainable social impact.
She believes that strong institutions are built not only through inspiring ideas but through responsible systems, ethical governance and the consistent execution of every commitment made to communities and partners.
