Hon’ble Shri. Shrikant M. Deshpande is a distinguished retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 1991 Maharashtra cadre with over three decades of leadership in public administration and governance. An engineer with postgraduate qualifications, including management studies at IIM Bangalore, he has held several senior positions in the Government of Maharashtra, including Additional Chief Secretary, Secretary to the Governor, District Collector, Chief Executive Officer, and other key administrative assignments. He currently serves as Member (Administration), Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal (MahaREAT), contributing his extensive experience in governance, institutional development, and public policy.

Hon'ble Dr. Vijay Pingale, IAS (Former)

Former IAS Officer | Public Policy Leader

Harvard MC/MPA '27 • Former CEO, CEGIS • Former Partner, EY India • Medical Doctor

Dr. Vijay Pingale is a distinguished public policy leader, former Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, and medical doctor with more than two decades of experience across government, governance, healthcare, infrastructure, and institutional transformation. He has served in the Government of India, the Government of Maharashtra, local government institutions, and public sector organizations before joining EY India as a Partner. He later served as Chief Executive Officer of the Centre for Effective Governance of Indian States (CEGIS), leading initiatives focused on governance reform, evidence-based policymaking, and institutional excellence. He is currently pursuing the Mid-Career Master in Public Administration (MC/MPA) at Harvard Kennedy School.

Hon'ble Shri Kishor Laxminarayan Rathi

Shri Kishor Laxminarayan Rathi is a distinguished industrialist, business leader, and philanthropist with decades of experience in manufacturing, industry development, and institutional leadership. Closely associated with Advanced Enzyme Technologies Ltd., he has played an active role in strengthening Maharashtra’s industrial ecosystem through the Nashik Industries & Manufacturers Association (NIMA), where he serves as Vice President – Large Scale Industries. He has consistently promoted collaboration between industry, government, educational institutions, and MSMEs to encourage innovation, vendor development, and sustainable economic growth. Through his leadership of Shree Laxminarayan Rathi Bahuudeshiya Seva Sanstha and active involvement with Rotary, he continues to support education, skill development, entrepreneurship, and community service
